A new Website!

So, as the F.I.T Facebook group began to grow, I thought it a good idea to set up a website for F.I.T to act mainly as a base for all F.I.T's social media sites and also as a signposting tool enabling other people to access the support we offer within mainly the Facebook group, but also our Pinterest & Twitter pages.

I have spent the whole of today, actually it was yesterday - (and now its the early hours of the morning) - working on creating this website and it is progressing, albeit slowly, but it will surely take time to grow, as with anything.

One of our members, who battles Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and other invisble illnesses, and who is just 17 years old, is currently working on a logo for F.I.T and i must say that i have seen a sneak preview and it is just perfect for what we are all about - you'll have to wait and see it for yourselves :)

This logo, when completed will be used across all our social media sites and also on any correspondence should there be any in the future.

Talking about the future, we have exciting plans for F.I.T and although we cant say too much right now, there are certainly plans to enlarge on the social networks available for members who are a part of this group as well as some interesting fundraising ideas for events whereby we can raise money for the charities working hard to help people like us in the group - people who are facing illness.

We are Facing Illness Together - and this can only make us stronger.
